Returns Policy for www.jimny4wd.co.nz

At Jimny4WD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that there may be occasions where you need to return a product. Please read our Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. Returns Eligibility:

- You may return a product within 30 Days days from the date of purchase.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items:

- Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized products.
- Perishable goods.
- Downloadable software products.

3. Returns Process:

- If you wish to return a product, please make contact directly at sales@jimny4wd.co.nz to initiate the return process.
- If applicable, you will be contacted with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

4. Refunds:

- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account.

5. Shipping Costs:

- You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If we provide a return shipping label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sales@jimny4wd.co.nz
- We will provide guidance on returning the item or arrange for a replacement.

7. Exchanges:

- If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us directly on sales@jimny4wd.co.nz. We will assist you in processing the exchange.
